CJ dos Santos
Among the most notable acquisitions is goalkeeper CJ dos Santos from Inter Miami.
In exchange for $100,000 in 2025 General Allocation Money (GAM), San Diego locked in Dos Santos with a guaranteed contract through 2025 and an option for 2026.

Andres Reyes
CJ isn’t the only player bolstering San Diego’s roster. Colombian defender Andres Reyes, a proven MLS performer, is joining the team from the New York Red Bulls in a deal valued at $800,000 in GAM over two years, plus a future sell-on percentage.
Reyes, 25, brings a wealth of experience with 83 MLS appearances and five goals to his name.
His ability to anchor the defense, combined with his potential for further growth, makes him a valuable asset for San Diego’s backline.
Heaps described Reyes as a reliable center-back who’s just entering his prime years.
